이것은 12년 간 세상을 기록한 기자가 한때 자신이 통제한 기술에 의해 지워지는 심리적 붕괴를 그린다.


[시놉시스]


어두운 방송 제어실의 모니터가 깜빡이며 켜진다. 지난 12년 간의 기록 영상들이 화면을 가로질러 쏟아진다. 글자들은 중력을 잃고 산산조각 나며 '데이터 먼지'로 흩어진다. 마치 불에 탄 제물의 재처럼.


기자는 방송국의 텅 빈 복도를 걸어간다. 벽에 걸린 모든 TV에서 방송 기자들의 과거 보도들이 차갑고 반투명한 AI 구조물로 하나씩 대체된다. 0과 1의 이진 코드가 디지털 올가미처럼 그녀를 조여 온다. 그녀는 파랗고 차가운 이진 코드들을 피하려고 필사적으로 달리지만, 결국 시스템과 함께 그녀는 투명문 안에 갇히게 된다. 신문 조각들, 방송 화면들과 함께 감금되며, 그녀 자신 또한 지나간 미디어 시대의 유물이 된 것이다.


마침내 그녀의 따뜻한 피부가 푸른 이진 코드와 기하학적 광물 질감으로 녹아들기 시작한다. 이것은 치명적인 디지털 골화의 시작이다. 완전히 디지털화된 기자는 0과 1의 조각으로 산산조각 나며 사라진다. 그리고 그녀가 서 있던 자리엔 낡은 기자 사원증만 남는다. 마치 그녀가 평생 쌓아온 정체성의 유일한 유물처럼.



It depicts the psychological collapse of a journalist who, after twelve years of chronicling the world, discovers herself being recorded—and subsequently erased—by the very technology she once controlled.


[Synopsis]


The monitors in a dim broadcast control room flicker to life. A deluge of archival footage from the past twelve years—records of a world now vanishing—pours across static-filled screens. Letters lose their gravity, shattering into "data dust" that scatters through the air like the ashes of a burnt offering.


The journalist walks down the empty corridors of the station. On every wall-mounted TV, her past reports are replaced, one by one, by cold, translucent AI constructs. Binary codes of zeros and ones tighten around her like a digital noose. She runs, desperate to outpace the surging blue translucence, only to find herself trapped within the glass panes of a systemic revolving door—imprisoned alongside the "newspapers" and "broadcasts" that have become the relics of a bygone media age.


Finally, her warm skin begins to dissolve into blue binary strings and geometric, mineral textures. It is a fatal case of digital ossification. Fully digitized, the journalist shatters into fragments of 0s and 1s, vanishing into the void. In the silence where she once stood, only a weathered press badge remains—a solitary artifact of the identity she spent a lifetime building.

하팔로클레나는, 파란고리문어의 학술 정의다. 파랗고 예쁜 생명체다. 그런데 터치하는 순간, 성인 수십 명을 사망에 이르게 하는 맹독을 뿜어낸다. 치명적이다. 집착이라는 감정도 비슷하지 않을까?


이 뮤직비디오는 이러한 의문에서 시작된다. 하팔로와 클레나는 매력적이고 자유로운 영혼이다. 그런데 파란고리문어를 만난다. 관계의 시작점이다. 그 순간 이 작은 문어를 터치하고 만다. 그 순간 머리가 안 돌아간다. 몸이 고통을 겪는다. 자유롭던 개인은 어디로 사라졌는가.


하팔로는 문어한테 뇌가 감긴다. 집착이다. 이 집착이, 이성적인 판단과 생각을 힘들게 한다. 클레나는 몸 속에 독이 찬다. 독은 천천히 위로 올라가며 결국 온 몸을 지배한다. 점점 숨 쉬기가 힘들어진다.


사랑이라는 탈을 쓴 집착과 빠져나올 수 없는 얽힘.
이것은 사랑인가? 아니면 광기인가?

Hapalochlaena is the scientific name for the blue-ringed octopus. It is a small, beautiful creature marked with vivid blue rings. But the moment it is touched, it can release a venom powerful enough to kill dozens of adults. It is beautiful. It is lethal. Perhaps obsession works in the same way.


This music video begins with that question. Hapalo and Chlaenas are magnetic, free-spirited beings. Then they encounter the blue-ringed octopus — the beginning of a relationship. At that moment, they touch the small creature. And from then on, the mind stops functioning as it should. The body begins to suffer. Where has the once-free self disappeared to?


Hapalo's brain becomes entangled by the octopus. This is obsession. An obsession that makes rational thought, judgment, and distance nearly impossible. Chlaenas's body begins to fill with poison. The venom rises slowly through her, eventually taking over her entire body. Breathing becomes harder and harder.


An obsession disguised as love.
An entanglement impossible to escape.


Is this love?
Or madness?

The Last Streetlamp

안데르센의 『성냥팔이 소녀』에서 영감을 받은 이 영화는, '결핍'과 '환상'을 AI시대 존재에 대한 고찰로 재해석한다.


비가 쏟아지는 밤, 도둑고양이 한 마리가 혼자 도시 거리를 배회한다. 창문 너머로 따뜻한 집에서 사랑받는 집고양이를 바라보며, 도둑고양이는 자신과는 영원히 닿을 수 없는 삶을 엿본다.


도둑고양이는 몸을 녹이려고 첫 번째 가로등 아래로 간다. 여기서 신기루 같이 잠깐의 풍요로움을 만끽한다. 하지만 불빛이 꺼진 가로등 아래는 더 커진 적막만 남아있을 뿐이었다.


두 번째 가로등을 찾아나선 도둑고양이는 불빛과 함께 희미하게 남은 인간의 따뜻한 손길을 느끼기 시작한다. 하지만 마찬가지로 두 번째 가로등도 꺼지고 만다.


마지막 가로등 아래에서 도둑고양이는 화려한 공간에서 살아가는 파티고양이를 만난다. 이 파티고양이는 AI로 만들어졌으며, 생명체에 대한 결핍이 있다. 파티고양이는 도둑고양이에게 촉감, 취약함, 존재감으로 정의되는 현실적인 삶을 경험하고 싶다는 갈망을 고백한다. 도둑고양이는 파티고양이의 풍요로움을 만끽하고 싶다고 고백한다. 공유된 갈망의 순간에 그들은 몸을 교환하기로 결정한다.


하지만 변신 후, 도둑고양이는 가상 세계의 찬란한 표면 아래 숨겨진 복잡한 통제 시스템을 인식하기 시작한다.


오랫동안 원하던 살아있는 공간에 마침내 닿은 파티고양이는 더 가혹한 진실과 마주한다. 삶은 따뜻함만으로 유지되는 것이 아니라, 무관심과 연약함으로 유지된다는 것이다.


남은 것은 조용한 대조 뿐이다. 살아 있기를 갈망했던 존재와, 항상 살아 있었지만 그것을 인식하지 못했던 존재 사이의 조용한 대조다.

On a rain-soaked night, a stray cat wanders the city streets alone. Through the window of a warmly lit home, it watches a cherished house cat, glimpsing a life forever beyond its reach.


Beneath a flickering streetlamp, the stray catches a fleeting vision of abundance, like a mirage dissolving in the dark. Under the second lamp, faint memories of human protection and warmth begin to surface.


At the final streetlight, the cat encounters an AI counterpart—dwelling within a realm of dazzling splendor yet untouched by sensation. The AI confesses its longing to experience a life that feels real—one defined by touch, vulnerability, and presence. In a moment of shared yearning, they decide to exchange bodies.


But once transformed, the stray cat begins to recognize the intricate system of control hidden beneath the virtual world's radiant surface.


The AI cat, entering the long-desired human world, soon confronts a harsher truth: life is not sustained by warmth alone, but by indifference and fragility.


What remains is a quiet contrast—between a being that longed to be alive, and a being that had always been alive yet never paused to recognize it.

한 소녀가 최고의 서커스 단원이 되는 꿈을 꾼다. 소녀의 방은 좋아하는 서커스 스타들의 포스터로 가득하고, 언젠가 그들 사이에 서게 될 순간을 상상하며 하루하루를 보낸다.


마침내 그토록 기다려온 기회가 찾아왔지만, 불행이 닥친다. 데뷔 공연에서 소녀는 관중들 앞에서 외발자전거에서 떨어지고 만다. 만회하겠다는 결심으로 소녀는 그 어느 때보다 열심히 연습한다. 하지만 불타는 링을 뛰어넘는 곡예사들, 외줄타기를 하는 곡예사들, 열광적인 박수갈채를 보내는 관중들 등 주변의 화려한 공연들을 볼수록 소녀는 점점 더 스스로가 초라하게 느껴진다.


마침내 두 번째 기회가 찾아온다. 외발자전거를 타고 접시를 돌리는 소녀의 특기 공연을 선보이며 이번 공연에 모든 것을 쏟아붓지만, 또다시 실패하고 만다. 접시들이 바닥에 떨어져 산산조각이 난다. 관객들의 실망한 표정을 바라보며, 소녀는 꿈이 산산조각 났다고 느낀다. 그리고 서커스장을 떠난다.


아이러니하게도 그 서커스장의 이름은 "드림랜드"다.


상심에 휩싸인 소녀는 목적없이 방황하다가 낡은 놀이공원에 도착한다. 그곳에서 바람 빠진 에어댄서가 힘없이 바닥에 축 늘어져있는 것을 발견한다. 낡은 에어댄서의 모습에서 소녀는 어딘가 자기자신 같다고 느낀다. 조용히 에어댄서를 바라보던 소녀는 새로운 깨달음을 얻기 시작한다.


꿈이란 어쩌면 모두가 동경하는 무대에서만 이루어지는 것은 아닐지도 모른다.


영화의 마지막 장면에서 소녀는 놀이공원에서 에어댄서 옆에 서서 하모니카를 연주한다. 비록 프로들의 화려한 무대는 아니지만, 소녀는 마침내 진정으로 자신이 속할 곳을 찾은 것이다.

A young girl dreams of becoming one of the greatest circus performers. Her room is covered with posters of the circus stars she admires, and she spends her days imagining the moment she will finally stand among them.


When that long-awaited opportunity arrives, disaster strikes. During her debut performance, she falls from her unicycle in front of the audience. Determined to redeem herself, she trains harder than ever. Yet the more she watches the dazzling performances around her—riders leaping through rings of fire, acrobats dancing across high wires, crowds erupting in applause—the more insignificant she begins to feel.


At last, her second chance comes. Performing her signature act of spinning plates while riding a unicycle, she gives everything she has. But once again, she fails. The plates crash to the ground and shatter. Faced with the audience’s disappointed expressions, the girl leaves the circus behind, convinced that her dream is over.


Ironically, the circus is called “DREAM LAND.”


Lost and heartbroken, she wanders aimlessly until she reaches an old amusement park. There, she notices a deflated air dancer lying helplessly on the ground. Something about the worn-out figure reminds her of herself. As she quietly watches it, a new realization begins to take shape.


Perhaps a dream does not have to come true on the stage everyone else admires.


In the film’s final scene, the girl sits beside the air dancer, playing a harmonica in the amusement park. Though she failed on the grand stage of professionals, she has finally found a stage where she truly belongs.

횡단보도에서의 우연한 만남 - 떨어지는 휴대폰, 찰나의 시선, 운명이 개입한 듯한 느낌. 아름다운 관계의 시작처럼 보인다.


하지만 조용한 카페 안에서 들어선 두 낯선 남녀의 달콤한 속삭임은 아주 사소한 디테일로 금이 간다.


그녀는 디카페인 커피를 주문한다. 카페인에 약하기 때문. 그 단순한 선택은, 그가 오래 전 묻어두었다고 생각한 어린 시절의 트라우마를 건드리고 만다.


그는 커피에 시럽을 붓는다. 그런데 너무 많이 붓고 말았다. 평범한 취향이다. 하지만 그녀 인생에서 가장 깊은 공허함 — 사랑했던 누군가의 상실 — 을 건드리고 만다.


둘 사이엔 침묵이 쌓인다. 그들이 다시 거리로 나섰을 땐, 보이지 않는 거리감이 형성되어 있다. 둘 다 도통 어떻게 건너야 할 지 모르겠는...


영화 전반에 걸쳐 초현실적인 투명 헬멧이 공중에 떠다닌다. 이는 각 인물들의 기억, 슬픔, 트라우마를 상징한다. 이 유동적인 구체들은 사람들을 서로 끌어당기는 동시에 보이지 않는 벽을 만든다.


모두가 각자의 투명한 장벽 뒤에 사는 세상. 두 낯선 남녀는 투명한 헬멧을 벗고 진정으로 서로를 바라볼 용기를 낼 수 있을까? 아니면 기억의 조용한 중력이 그들을 영원히 갈라 놓을까?

A chance encounter at a crosswalk—a dropped phone, lingering glances, and the sudden feeling that fate has intervened. It seems like the beginning of something beautiful. But inside the quiet cafe, the fragile sweetness between two strangers begins to crack at the smallest details.


She orders decaf coffee. Caffeine keeps her awake all night. That simple choice touches a childhood trauma he thought he’d buried long ago. He pours syrup into his coffee—too much. An ordinary preference, yet it touches the deepest void in her life—the loss of someone she loved. Silence builds between them.


When they step back onto the street, an invisible distance has formed—a distance neither knows how to cross. Throughout the film, surreal floating transparent helmets drift through the air, symbolizing fragments of each person's memories, sorrows, and traumas. These dreamlike, fluid spheres draw people toward each other while simultaneously creating invisible walls.


In a world where everyone lives behind their own transparent barriers, can two strangers find the courage to remove their transparent helmets and truly see each other? Or will the quiet gravity of memory tear them apart forever?
